WaitingList MD was a HIPAA Compliant Referral Management & Patient Engagement Solution for Private Practices, Virtual Doctors, & Digital Health Organizations. Waitinglist MD helps practices streamline their referral management process while automating engagement with patients to get feedback for their physicians that is relative to their ICD diagnosis, allowing physicians and care teams to intervene and make data driven decisions to improve care coordination with their patient population while receiving timely clinical data.
The concept was born out of my time concurrently serving in an Operations role at a Virtual Primary Care and Home Care Delivery practice. Below is part of the methodology I used to validate & build the product.
