Building and managing 2 full stack Primary Care Practices on the front lines of Covid-19.

Accomplishments:

Built a full stack Virtual Primary Care practice, incorporating telemedicine & remote teams, significantly reducing overhead.
Automated the entire primary care workflow process while implementing multiple SaaS platforms to enable remote teams. Onboarded & trained Providers, Medical Assistants, and Virtual Staff on all platforms.
Facilitated the triaging of patients to coronavirus testing centers while procuring PPE & testing equipment from Project N95 & LabCorp to do in house Covid testing.
